Anna McDougall

Anna McDougall has been building websites since she was 8 years old, but only took tech seriously from 2020, building on her experience in digital marketing and project management to become a Junior Software Engineer at Novatec Consulting in Berlin. She specialises in frontend development but considers herself full-stack with her love for React, Kotlin, and Spring Boot. Anna is also trainee technical lead for Novatec's Talent Hub, where she supports and trains dozens of trainees, interns, and other juniors across two projects. Anna prides herself in her ability to break down complex problems into simple explanations which everyone can understand, and can be found actively creating tech content on Twitter and YouTube
